• Delays caused by third-party platforms (Zomato, Swiggy) are not in our direct control.

• We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery, based on the platform used.
   

• All meals are 100% homemade and prepared using Sarson oil (mustard oil). 
• Diet items are cooked in olive oil as per our food policy.

• We do not offer refunds once food is delivered unless there's a genuine issue (wrong or missing item).
